Most of the amendments were merely house- <br />keeping issues such as: <br /> <br />Articles of Agreement <br /> <br />. Took out West Piedmont Planning District Commission because they are no <br />longer the administrative agent for Dan River ASAP. The City of Danville is <br />fiscal agent for the purpose of applying for federal grants only, so the <br />program goes out on bids for bookkeeping services for the office. <br />. Took out old address for the office at the end <br /> <br />By-Laws <br /> <br />. Added a separate paragraph Article IV - Statement of Purpose <br />. Added a separate paragraph Article V - Goals and Objectives and new #7 <br />and #8 (prior version had # 1 and #2 together) <br />. Condensed Article VIII - Powers of the Policy Board and added new g and h <br />. Took out Executive Committee paragraph, which was a committee of the <br />Chairman, Vice Chairman and the Secretary to meet as needed. The Policy <br />Board meets quarterly as a whole body to discuss the business; therefore, <br />such committee does not need to exist <br />. Added Section 8 under Article XIII - Finances - Disbursement of Property <br />Upon Dissolution of Agency <br />.
