This relates to the proposed interim financing for <br />the Patrick Henry School project (anticipating literary fund loan money) and financing for <br />landfill closure and some pending "corrective" construction being mandated by the <br />Department of Environmental Quality. David Rose, of Davenport & Company, reviewed <br />the current status, goals and objectives, recommendations, and timeline. Vice Mayor <br />Reynolds moved to adopt said Initial Ordinance [Attachment A] and set a public hearing <br />for July 12, 2005; the motion was duly seconded and carried by the following roll call <br />vote, with all members voting: Vote 5 - 0; Yeas (5) - Clark, Cobbe, Ferrill, Reynolds, <br />Roop; Nays (0) - None. <br />Council considered adopting, on first reading, various ordinances relating to fee <br />schedules. Council Member Roop moved to adopt an Ordinance, on first reading, to <br />amend the entire Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code, which includes Section 6.1, <br />Permit Fee Schedules; the motion was duly seconded and carried by the following roll <br />call vote, with all members voting: Vote 5 - 0; Yeas (5) - Clark, Cobbe, Ferrill, <br />Reynolds, Roop; Nays (0) - None.
