Council Member Roop moved to adopt, on first reading, Ordinance 2005-2 <br />amending Appendix A - Schedule of Water and Sewer Service Rates of the City's <br />Terms and Conditions for Water and Sewer Service; the motion was duly seconded and <br />carried by the following roll call vote, with all members voting: Vote 5 - 0; Yeas (5) - <br />Clark, Cobbe, Ferrill, Reynolds, Roop; Nays (0) - None. Council Member Ferrill moved <br />to adopt, on first reading, Ordinance 2005-3 amending Chapter 18 - Solid Waste, <br />Section 18-24 Fee Schedule of the City Code; the motion was duly seconded and <br />carried by the following roll call vote, with all members voting: Vote 5 - 0; Yeas (5) - <br />Clark, Cobbe, Ferrill, Reynolds, Roop; Nays (0) - None. Vice Mayor Reynolds moved <br />to adopt, on first reading, Ordinance 2005-4 amending Chapter 21 - Taxation, Article IV <br />- Section 21-51 - Tax for E911 Emergency Telephone System of the City Code; the <br />motion was duly seconded and carried by the following roll call vote, with all members <br />voting: Vote 5 - 0; Yeas (5) - Clark, Cobbe, Ferrill, Reynolds, Roop; Nays (0) - None. <br />Council Member Ferrill moved to adopt, on first reading, Ordinance 2005-5 establishing <br />the City's Budget and Tax Rates for Fiscal Year 2006; the motion was duly seconded <br />and carried by the following roll call vote, with all members voting: Vote 5 - 0; Yeas (5) <br />- Clark, Cobbe, Ferrill, Reynolds, Roop; Nays (0) - None. <br />Council considered business from the floor.
