As evidenced by the departments involved, the main neighborhood concerns are unsightly <br />properties, dilapidated houses and inoperative vehicles. <br /> <br />. The status of citizens' concerns is monitored regularly. To date, all concerns in the Druid Hills <br />& Uptown areas have been resolved or measures are underway to resolve the situation. Citizens <br />making complaints have been notified of status either by phone or letter. <br /> <br />. This graph includes 404 actual complaints recorded for this area for the 12 month period <br />between December 2004 and December 2005. Of the 404 complaints recorded, 365 have been <br />resolved and 39 are presently pending with measures being taken to correct situation. Duplicate <br />complaints on the same address are noted on attached report. <br /> <br />. Included in this report are all complaints referred directly to Customer Service and it does not <br />include routine calls for service.
