B. <br /> <br />Customer Service <br /> <br />Nominees for the 2005 Fourth-Quarter Service Excellence <br />Award and announcement of Quarterly Winner <br /> <br />Summary: <br /> <br />The Service Excellence Award program was developed by the Customer Service <br />Committee to provide an incentive for delivering excellent customer service. Each <br />quarter, members of the Customer Service Committee (who are exempt from the <br />award) meet to score nominations to select a quarterly winner. The four quarterly <br />winners are then eligible for the Annual Service Excellence Award. To date 118 <br />employees are among those in this elite group of nominees. <br /> <br />City employees have the opportunity to nominate other employees who they feel <br />deserve to be recognized for going the extra mile in creating a positive & productive <br />working atmosphere by submitting a written, signed statement giving examples as <br />to why the employee should be considered for this recognition. <br /> <br />Congratulations to the following nominees who have been invited to the meeting: <br /> <br />Chad Dodson (Public Works) <br />T. J. Dunbar (Water) <br />Dennis Napier (Public Works) <br />Molly Shelton (Electric) <br /> <br />The 4th quarter 2005 winner will be announced at the meeting. <br /> <br />Attachments: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Recommendations: No action required <br />
