Printed copies of the chart

along with two other information sheets will be made available for the public as

well as posting on the city's website and MGTV 22. Attorney Carter Glass, who

has been retained to conduct the study, was introduced at the meeting.

Council next considered the need to adjust the afternoon's agenda, and

enter into Closed Session at this time. In accordance with Section 2.1-344 (A)

of the CODE OF VIRGINIA (1950, and as amended) and upon motion, duly

seconded, and by unanimous recorded vote, Council then convened in Closed

Session for the purpose of discussing the following matters: Consultation with

legal counsel on specific legal matters requiring the provision of legal advice by

counsel as authorized by Subsection 7.

At the conclusion of this Closed Session, each member of Council

certified that (1) only public business matters exempt from open meeting

requirements were discussed in said Closed Session; and (2) only those

business matters identified in the motion convening the Closed Session were

heard, discussed, or considered during said Session. No action was taken by

Council in Closed Session.
