<br />E. Mechanical Code - Gas, Liquid and Solid Fuel Piping and Equipment <br /> <br />1. For issuing each permit $40.00 <br /> <br />In addition: For system of 1 to 5 outlets, each 0.5, over 5 outlets - $1.00 each <br /> <br />F. Mechanical Code - Fire Protection System <br /> <br />1. For issuing each permit $40.00 <br /> <br />In addition: For installation of fire protection systems, $2.00 per each $1000 of cost or <br />fraction thereof above $5000. <br /> <br />Sec. 4.2 Re-inspection and Miscellaneous Fees <br /> <br />Re-inspection fees may be made for each trip when extra inspections are necessary due to any <br />of the following reasons: wrong address; condemned work due to faulty construction repairs <br />or corrections not made when inspector is called; or work not ready for inspection when <br />inspector is called. <br /> <br />a. The contractor shall be charged $25.00 for each re-inspection. <br /> <br />b. For working without a permit a charge of $50.00 will apply. <br />c. For a Certificate of Occupancy a charge of $25.00 will apply. <br />d. For a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy a charge of $25.00 will apply. <br /> <br />ARTICLE V. VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES <br /> <br />Sec. 5.1 Separate Offenses <br /> <br />Any Person who shall refuse, fail, or neglect to comply with the provisions of this ordinance or with <br />any of the requirements thereof shall, unless otherwise provided, be guilty of a separate offense for <br />each and every day, or portion thereof, during which any violation of any of the provisions of this <br />ordinance is committed, continued or permitted, and upon conviction of any violation of any of the <br />provisions of the ordinance, such person shall be punished by a fine of not more than ($500) for each <br />offense or by imprisonment for not more than six months for each offense, or by both such fine and <br />imprisonment. <br /> <br />ARTICLE VI. VALIDITY AND SEPARABILITY <br /> <br />Sec. 6.1 Established <br /> <br />If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phase of this ordinance is for any reason held to be <br />unconstitutional or invalid by competent authority, such decision shall not affect the validity of the <br />remaining portions. <br />
