To date, all concerns in the Westside <br />areas have been resolved or measures are underway to resolve the situation. Citizens making <br />complaints have been notified of status either by phone or letter. <br /> <br />This graph includes 299 actual complaints recorded for this area for thc 12 month period <br />between June 2004 and June 2005. Of the 299 complaints recorded, 245 have been resolved and <br />54 are presently pending with measures being taken to correct situation. Duplicate complaints <br />on the same address are noted on attached report. <br /> <br />Included in this report are all complaints referred directly to Customer Service and it docs not <br />include routine calls for service.
