Residency required for certain employees. <br /> <br />The City Manager, the City Attorney, the Assistant City Manager <br />and the head of any department of the City established pursuant to <br />the Charter, the City Code, or resolution of the City Council shall <br />establish residence within the corporate boundaries of the City no <br />later than twelve (12) months after the commencement of <br />employment and shall thereafter maintain residence within the <br />corporate boundaries of the City during the term of his or her <br />employment.
