<br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Martinsville, Virginia, in regular session assembled
<br />May 25, 2004, that the following sums of money be and hereby are appropriated--by Funds-- for
<br />the City's fiscal year ending June 30, 2005, from the following Fund sources of estimated revenue:
