February 10, 2004 <br /> <br />Section 8 program which allows citizens to purchase their homes and would like for <br />Martinsville to consider such. Mr. Knox replied that this concept is included in the five- <br />year plan. Chairman Teague declared the public hearing closed. Authority Member <br />Ferrill moved to adopt the following Ordinance [Attachment B], on emergency basis; the <br />motion was duly seconded and carried by the following roll call vote, with all members <br />voting: Vote 5 - 0; Yays (5) - Cobbe, Dallas, Ferrill, Roop, Teague; Nays (0) - None. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Authority during their regular <br />meeting, upon motion by Authority Member Ferrill, duly seconded, by unanimous vote, <br />Chairman Teague declared the meeting adjourned at 9:02 P. M. <br /> <br /> At the conclusion of this Closed Session, each member of Council certified that <br />(1) only public business matters exempt from open meeting requirements were <br />discussed in said Closed Session; and (2) only those business matters identified in the <br />motion convening the Closed Session were heard, discussed, or considered during said <br />Session. Upon return to Open Session, Council took the following no action. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before Council during their regular <br />meeting, upon motion by Vice Mayor Roop, duly seconded, by unanimous vote, Mayor <br />Teague declared the meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />Johnathan B.
