Janua~ 27,2004 <br /> <br />motion convening the Closed Session were heard, discussed, or considered during said <br /> <br />Session. Upon return to Open Session, Council took the following action: <br /> <br />1. Vice Mayor 'Roop moved to appoint Karen Garrett, of 1210 <br />Sam Lions Trail, to a four-year term on the Anchor Group Home <br />System Commission, ending December 31, 2007; the motion was <br />duly seconded and carried by the following vote, with all members <br />voting: Vote 5 - 0; Yeas (5) - Cobbe, Dallas, Ferrill, Roop, <br />Teague; Nays (0) - None. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before Council during their regular <br /> <br />meeting, upon motion by Counbil Member Ferrill, duly seconded, by unanimous vote, <br /> <br />Mayor Teague declared the meeting adjourned at 9:51 P.
