VII. Business from the Floor This section of the Council meeting provides citizens the opportunity to discuss matters, which are not listed on the printed agenda. In that the Council meetings are broadcast on Martinsville Government Television, the City Council is responsible for the content of the programming. Thus, any person wishing to bring a matter to Council's attention under this Section of the agenda should: (1) come to the podium and state their name and address; (2) state the matter that they wish to discuss and what action they would like for Council to take; (3) limit their remarks to five minutes; and (4) refrain from making any personal references or accusations of a factually false and/or malicious nature. CONSENT AGENDA A. Accept and appropriate into the Water Fund for the FY04 budget the following: $17,400 in Revenue from 12103938 462101 - Contribution from Fund Balance for Expenditure in 12541311 503191 ~ Water Plant/ Professional Services-Contractors. B. Accept and appropriate items into the Schools Federal Program Fund for the FY04 budget. (See Enclosure #6) C. Accept and appropriate into the Schools Fund for the FY04 budget the following: $30,935 in Revenue into 18101918 418302 - State Grant/Student Achievement Grant for Expenditure in 31001001 561121 - Druid Hills Regular Instruction/Salaries and Wages $13,650 in Revenue into 18103908 418285 - Miscellaneous for Expenditure in 85001013 566035 - Board Services/Computer Supplies $3,000 in Revenue into 18103919 443120 - Private Grants/Gates Foundation for Expenditure in 85001013 566035 - Board Services / Computer Supplies. D. Accept and appropriate into the General Fund for FY04 Budget the following: $4,884 in Revenue into 01101917 442401 - Categorical Other State/Confiscated Assets/Police for Expenditure in 01311085 506078 - Police/Confiscated Assets.
