April 8, 2003 <br /> <br />All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions <br />of this ordinance be and the same are hereby repealed. <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that an emergency exists and that <br />this ordinance shall be effective on and after this date. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Authority during their regular <br />meeting, upon motion by Authority Member Ferrill, duly seconded, by unanimous vote, <br />Chairman Teague declared the meeting adjourned at 9:16 P. M. <br /> <br /> At the conclusion of this Closed Session, each member of Council certified that <br />(1) only public business matters exempt from open meeting requirements were <br />discussed in said Closed Session; and (2) only those business matters identified in the <br />motion convening the Closed Session were heard, discussed, or considered during said <br />Session. Upon return to Open Session, Council took the following action: <br /> <br /> B. Vice Mayor Roop moved to appoint Eric Helms Monday, of 1017 <br /> Mulberry Road, as City Attorney; the motion was duly seconded <br /> and carried by the following vote, with all members voting: Vote 5 - <br /> 0; Yeas (5) - Cobbe, Dallas, Ferrill, Roop, Teague; Nays (0) - <br /> None. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before Council during their regular <br />meeting, upon motion by Council Member Ferrill, duly seconded, by unanimous vote, <br />Mayor Teague declared the meeting adjourned at 9:46 P.
