To date, all concerns in the Albert Harris and <br />Police Academy areas have been resolved or measures are underway to resolve the situation. Citizens <br />making complaints have been notified of status either by phone or letter. <br /> <br />This graph includes 352 actual complaints recorded for this area for the 12 month period between <br />March 2001 and March 2002. Of the 352 complaints recorded, 334 have been resolved and 18 are <br />presently pending with measures being taken to correct situation. Duplicate complaints on the same <br />address are noted on attached report. <br /> <br />Included in this report are all complaints referred directly to Customer Service and it does not include <br />routine calls for service.
