Dean Johnston, of <br /> <br />1018 Mulberry Road, encouraged a collaborative and open-minded effort to pdvate- <br /> <br />public economic development. Ron Epperly, of 1704 Meadowview Lane, suggested to <br /> <br />Council to raise the meals tax to 6 percent and not to raise the residential refuse <br /> <br />collection fee. He stated that it would generate $200,000 in revenue and reduce the <br /> <br />burden on the City taxpayer.
