March 25, 2003 <br /> <br /> seconded and carried by the following vote, with all members voting: Vote 5 - 0; Yeas <br /> (5) - Cobbe, Dallas, Ferrill, Roop, Teague; Nays (0) - None. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Authority during their regular <br /> meeting, upon motion by Authority Member Dallas, duly seconded, by unanimous vote, <br /> Chairman Teague declared the meeting adjourned at 8:15 P. M. <br /> <br /> At the conclusion of this Closed Session, each member of Cour~cil certified that <br />(1) only public business matters exempt from open meeting requirements were <br />discussed in said Closed Session; and (2) only those business matters identified in the <br />motion convening the Closed Session were heard, discussed, or considered during said <br />Session. Upon return to Open Session, Council took the following action: <br /> <br /> B. 2. Council Member Ferrill moved to appoint Gregory Z. Parker, <br /> of 1010 Barrows Mill Road, to the Transportation Safety <br /> Commission for an unexpired four-year term, ending December 31, <br /> 2005, and to appoint Lynn Wehlau, of 909 Clarke Road, to the <br /> Transportation Safety Commission for a four-year term, ending <br /> December 31, 2006; the motion was duly seconded and carried by <br /> the following vote, with all members voting: Vote 5 - 0; Yeas (5) - <br /> Cobbe, Dallas, Ferrill, Roop, Teague; Nays (0) - None. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before Council during their regular <br />meeting, upon motion by Council Member Dallas, duly seconded, by unanimous vote, <br />Mayor Teague declared the meeting adjourned at 11:30 P.
