March 11,2003 <br /> <br />At the conclusion of this Closed Session, each member of Council certified that <br /> <br />(1) only public business matters exempt from open meeting requirements were <br /> <br />discussed in said Closed Session; and (2) only those business matters identified in the <br /> <br />motion convening the Closed Session were heard, discussed, or considered during said <br /> <br />Session. Upon return to Open Session, Council took the following action: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Roop moved to appoint Ronald Spraker, of 913 <br />Vine Street, to a four-year term on the Anchor Group Home <br />System Commission, expiring December 31, 2006; the <br />motion was duly seconded and carried by the following vote, <br />with all members voting: Vote 5 - 0; Yeas (5) - Cobbe, <br />Dallas, Ferrill, Roop, Teague; Nays (0) - None. <br />Council Member Ferrill moved to appoint Carolyn S. Brown, <br />of 131 Greyson Street, to a two-year term on the Clean <br />Community Board, expiring February 28, 2005; the motion <br />was duly seconded and carried by the following vote, with all <br />members voting: Vote 5 - 0; Yeas (5) - Cobbe, Dallas, <br />Ferrill, RoOp, Teague; Nays (0) - None. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before Council during their regular <br /> <br />meeting, upon motion by Council Member Dallas, duly seconded, by unanimous vote, <br /> <br />Mayor Teague declared the meeting adjourned at 10:15 P.
