Upon return to Open Session, Council took the following action: <br /> <br />2. Vice Mayor Roop moved to reappoint Lee Anne Fuller, of <br /> 710 Beechnut Lane, to a two-year term on the Clean <br /> Community Board, expiring February 28, 2005; the motion <br /> was duly seconded and carried by the following vote, with all <br /> members voting: Vote 5 - 0; Yeas (5) - Cobbe, Dallas, <br /> Ferrill, Roop, Teague; Nays (0) - None. <br />3. Council Member Dallas moved to reappoint Tony L. Mitlner, <br /> Jr., of 141 Howard Drive, to a two-year term on the <br /> Community Criminal Justice Board, expiring February 28, <br /> 2005; the motion was duly seconded and carried by the <br /> following vote, with all members voting: Vote 5 - 0; Yeas (5) <br /> - Cobbe, Dallas, Ferrill, Roop, Teague; Nays (0) - None. <br />4. Council Member Ferrill moved to reappoint Donna Martin <br /> O'Dell, of 1203 Corn Tassel Trail, to a three-year term on the <br /> Dan River ASAP Policy Board, expiring April 12, 2006; the <br /> motion was duly seconded and carried by the following vote, <br /> with all members voting: Vote 5 - 0; Yeas (5) - Cobbe, <br /> Dallas, Ferrill, Roop, TeagUe; Nays (0) - None. <br />Vice Mayor Roop moved to authorize the City Manager to the <br />employ the serviCes of ah Interim City Attorney on behalf of <br />Council; the motion was duly seconded and carried by the following <br />vote, with all members voting: Vote 5 - 0; Yeas (5) - Cobbe, <br />Dallas, Ferrill, Roop, Teague; Nays (0) - None. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before Council during their regular <br /> <br />meeting, upon motion by CoU'~Cil Member Ferrill, duly secOnded, by unanimous vote, <br /> <br />Mayor Teague declared the meeting adjourned at 8:58 P.
