Vice Mayor Roop moved to send a letter to Mr. McFarland <br /> <br />informing him of his options to meet with Council; the motion was duly seconded and <br /> <br />carried by the following vote, with all members voting: Vote 5 - 0; Yeas (5) - Cobbe, <br /> <br />Dallas, Ferrill, Roop, Teague; Nays (0) - None. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before Council during their regular <br /> <br />meeting, upon motion by Council Member Dallas, duly seconded, by unanimous vote, <br /> <br />Mayor Teague declared the meeting adjourned at 10:28 P.
