Ronald Ferrill <br /> <br />Pledge to the American flag <br /> <br />I. Consider approval of the minutes of City Council's meeting of January <br /> 14, 2003. (See Enclosure #1) <br /> <br />II. Presentation of second annual "Landlord of the Year" award by the <br /> Housing Services Office. <br /> <br />COMMENTS: Mr. Wayne Knox, Housing Manager, will be making a <br />presentation to Mr. Kent J. Redd as the recipient of the second annual <br />Housing Services Office "Landlord of the Year" award. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />Consider adoption on second reading of Ordinance 2003-1 on a request <br />by the Planning Commission to amend Zoning Ordinance Section VIII, <br />Special Use Procedure, to amend Section XV, Off Street Parking and <br />Loading and to propose creation of a new ordinance section, Section XIV, <br />Landscaping Standards. (See Enclosure #2) <br /> <br />IV. Consider adoption of revisions to the City's FY03 budget. <br /> <br />COMMENTS: A print-out of the suggested revisions will be delivered to <br />you on Monday. <br /> <br />V. Review of financial report for month ending 12/31/02. (See Enclosure <br /> #3) <br /> <br />VI. Consider an update from the Treasurer regarding the elimination of the <br /> City decal program. <br /> <br />VII. Consider scheduling budget work sessions for the FY04 budget. (See <br /> Enclosure #4) <br /> <br />COMMENTS: Please bring your calendars so we can discuss possible <br />dates for these sessions. <br /> <br />VIII. Conduct a public hearing on a request by the Economic Development <br /> Department to solicit public input on local community development and <br /> housing needs in relation to Community Development Block Grant <br /> (CDBG) funding for a project in our community. <br /> <br />COMMENTS: This first public hearing scheduled for the West Church <br />Street Commercial Corridor does not require the approval of any <br /> <br /> <br />
