November 12, 2002 <br /> <br /> At the conclusion of this Closed Session, each member of the Authority certified <br />that (1) only public business matters exempt from open meeting requirements were <br />discussed in said Closed Session; and (2) only those business matters identified in the <br />motion convening the Closed Session were heard, discussed, or considered during said <br />Session. Upon return to Open Session, the Authority took no action. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Authority during their regular <br />meeting, upon motion by Authority Member Dallas, duly seconded, by unanimous vote, <br />Chairman Teague declared the meeting adjourned at 12:22 A.
