July 9, 2002 <br /> <br /> The Authority considered the need to meet in Closed Session. In accordance <br />with Section 2.1-344 (A) of the Code of Virginia (1950, and as amended) and upon <br />motion by Vice Chairman Roop, duly seconded, and by unanimous recorded vote, the <br />Authority convened in Closed Session, for the purpose of discussing the following <br /> <br />matter: <br /> <br /> A. Disposition of publicly held real property, as authorized by <br /> Subsection 3. <br /> <br /> At the conclusion of this Closed Session, each member of the Authority certified <br />that (1) only public business matters exempt from open meeting requirements were <br />discussed in said Closed Session; and (2) only those business matters identified in the <br />motion convening the Closed Session were heard, discussed, or considered during said <br />Session. Upon return to Open Session, the Authority took no action. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Authority during their regular <br />meeting, upon motion by Authority Member Ferrill, duly seconded, by unanimous vote, <br />Chairman Teague declared the meeting adjourned at 10:20 P.
