September 24, 2002 <br /> <br />the following vote, with all members voting: Vote 5 - 0; Yeas (5) - <br />Cobbe, Dallas, Ferrill, Roop, Teague; Nays (0) - None. <br />2. Council Member moved to appoint Lucy T. Moore, of 704 <br />Windsor Lane, to an unexpired two-year parent representative term <br />on the Comprehensive Services Act Community Policy and <br />Management Team, ending December 31, 2003; the motion was <br />duly seconded and carried by the following vote, with all members <br />voting: Vote 5 - 0; Yeas (5) - Cobbe, Dallas, Ferrill, Roop, <br />Teague; Nays (0) - None. <br />3. Council Member moved to appoint Kourtney Barker, of 1305 <br />Mulberry Road, to an unexpired four-year term on the Henry- <br />Martinsville Social Services Board, ending May 31, 2003; the <br />motion was duly seconded and carried by the following vote, with <br />all members voting: Vote 5 - 0; Yeas (5) - Cobbe, Dallas, Ferrill, <br />Roop, Teague; Nays (0) - None. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before Council during their regular <br /> <br />meeting, upon motion by Council Member Dallas, duly seconded, by unanimous vote, <br /> <br />Mayor Teague declared the meeting adjourned at 9:45 P.
