September 24, 2002 <br /> <br />the Authority convened in Closed Session, for the purpose of discussing the following <br /> <br />matter: <br /> <br /> D. Disposition of publicly held real property, as authorized by <br /> Subsection 3 <br /> <br /> At the conclusion of this Closed Session, each member of the Authority certified <br />that (1) only public business matters exempt from open meeting requirements were <br />discussed in said Closed Session; and (2) only those business matters identified in the <br />motion convening the Closed Session were heard, discussed, or considered during said <br />Session. Upon return to Open Session, the Authority took the following action: <br /> <br /> D. Vice Chairman Roop moved to authorize the Chairman to execute <br /> the appropriate documents to transfer ownership of 1004 Paul <br /> Street to Habitat for Humanity; the motion was duly seconded and <br /> carried by the following vote, with all members voting: Vote 5 - 0; <br /> Yeas (5) - Cobbe, Dallas, Ferdll, Roop, Teague; Nays (0) - None. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Authority during their regular <br />meeting, upon motion by Authority Member Dallas, duly seconded, by unanimous vote, <br />Chairman Teague declared the meeting adjourned at 9:42 P. M., and reconvened as <br />Council. <br /> <br /> At the conclusion of this Closed Session, each member of Council certified that <br />(1) only public business matters exempt from open meeting requirements were <br />discussed in said Closed Session; and (2) only those business matters identified in the <br />motion convening the Closed Session were heard, discussed, or considered during said <br />Session. Upon return to Open Session, Council took the following actions: <br /> <br /> A. 1. Vice Mayor Teague moved to appoint Wanda Jessup, of 27 <br /> Stuart Ridge Road, to an unexpired two-year term on the Clean <br /> Community Board, representing the Sheriff's Office, ending <br /> February 29, 2004; the motion was duly seconded and carried by <br /> <br />85 <br /> <br /> <br />
