September 24, 2002 the Authority convened in Closed Session, for the purpose of discussing the following matter: D. Disposition of publicly held real property, as authorized by Subsection 3 At the conclusion of this Closed Session, each member of the Authority certified that (1) only public business matters exempt from open meeting requirements were discussed in said Closed Session; and (2) only those business matters identified in the motion convening the Closed Session were heard, discussed, or considered during said Session. Upon return to Open Session, the Authority took the following action: D. Vice Chairman Roop moved to authorize the Chairman to execute the appropriate documents to transfer ownership of 1004 Paul Street to Habitat for Humanity; the motion was duly seconded and carried by the following vote, with all members voting: Vote 5 - 0; Yeas (5) - Cobbe, Dallas, Ferdll, Roop, Teague; Nays (0) - None. There being no further business to come before the Authority during their regular meeting, upon motion by Authority Member Dallas, duly seconded, by unanimous vote, Chairman Teague declared the meeting adjourned at 9:42 P. M., and reconvened as Council. At the conclusion of this Closed Session, each member of Council certified that (1) only public business matters exempt from open meeting requirements were discussed in said Closed Session; and (2) only those business matters identified in the motion convening the Closed Session were heard, discussed, or considered during said Session.
