To date, all concerns in the Museum <br />area have been resolved or measures are underway to resolve the situation. Citizens making <br />complaints have been notified of status either by phone or letter. <br /> <br />This graph includes 335 actual complaints recorded for this area for the 12 month period <br />between September 2001 and September 2002. Of the 335 complaints recorded, 295 have been <br />resolved and 40 are presently pending with measures being taken to correct situation. Duplicate <br />complaints on the same address are noted on attached report. <br /> <br />Included in this report are all complaints referred directly to Customer Service and it does not <br />include routine calls for service.
