Proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendments <br />Business & Manufacturing Districts Summary <br /> <br />General Purpose of Changes: To make the ordinance more user friendly to the public <br />by placing ali uses allowed by right and all uses allowed by special use permit along <br />side each other in their respective zoning districts. Outdated terms were removed and <br />replaced by current planning terminology and also any redundancy or ambiguity was <br />resolved <br /> <br />Section XIII District Regulations B-l, M-Iv M-2 districts <br /> <br />B-1 District <br /> Uses Allowed by Right: <br /> Changes are administrative and organizational in nature. No substantive <br /> changes are proposed. <br /> <br />Permitted Uses by Special Use Permit: <br />· Uses allowed by special use permit in the B-I district have been removed <br /> from Section VIII and moved to Section XIII. Now all uses allowed in the B-J <br /> district are in this one section of the ordinance. <br />· Transient storage of hazardous waste is removed as a use allowed by special <br /> use permit <br /> <br /> Illustrations are added to improve understanding and clarity <br /> <br />M-1 District <br /> Uses Allowed by Right <br /> Changes are administrative and organizational in nature.
