To date, all concerns in the High School <br />area have been resolved or measures are underway to resolve the situation. Citizens making <br />complaints have been notified of status either by phone or letter. <br /> <br />This graph includes 228 actual complaints recorded for this area for the 12 month period <br />between June, 2000 and June, 2001. Of the 228 complaints recorded, 198 have been resolved <br />and 30 are presently pending with measures being taken to correct situation. Duplicate <br />complaints on the same address are noted on attached report. <br /> <br />Included in this report are all complaints referred directly to Customer Service and it does not <br />include routine calls for service.
