Other unified developments, including group housing developments, conforming itl <br />use with the district in which they are located, but which are not to be located on a <br />plot of ground subdivided into the customary streets and lots, may be permitted <br />subject to this section. The petition.for a special use pe~w~it shall be accompanied <br />by plans showing features required in subparagraphs H-2-a and H-2-b as required <br />to meet the type of development. <br /> <br />Off-Street Parking. Off-street parking for employee and customer use other than those <br />allowed in the district may be permitted subject to this section. The petition for a special <br />use pe~w~it shall be accompanied by: <br /> <br />a). Plans showing the location and size of the proposed area and its location itl relation <br /> to surrounding buildings within five hundred (500)feet thereof. <br /> <br />bO <br /> <br />Plans showingproposed grading, drainage, surface materials, screening, circulation <br />pattern, points of ingress and egress, lighting, signs, and other as may be stipulated <br />by the City Council or the Planning Commission; and, <br /> <br />cd <br /> <br />A statement as to the intended use of the lot, inchMing type and ownership of <br />vehicles to be parked, hours of operation, method of supervision, and other <br />information as may be pertinent. This statement, when approved, will be a condition <br />of the special use permit. <br /> <br />Apartments. Residential structures or apartment buildings designed to accommodate <br /> eight (8) or more housing units resulting from alteration of existing structures or from <br />new construction. The petition shall conform with the requirements of Section X,, <br />Paragraph D. 2. <br /> <br />Residential-Custodial Care Facility. The title "residential-custodial care facility" shall <br />mean any residential structure operated either as a public or private facility for the <br />maintenance or care of four (4) or more adults who are aged, infirm or disabled, except <br />(l) a facility or portion ora facility licensed by the State Board of Health or the State <br />Hospital Board, but including any portion of such facility not so licensed; and (2) the <br />home or residence of an individual who cares for or maintains only persons related to <br />him by blood or marriage. The petition for a special use permit shall be accompanied <br />by: <br /> <br />a). Plans showing topography of the site at intervals no greater than five (5) feet; <br /> <br />b.) Proposed points of ingress and egress along with the proposed patterns of parking <br /> and internal circulation; <br /> <br />c.) Site plan of storm drainage and utilities; <br /> <br />d.) The location and approximate size of any existing and all proposed structures <br /> having a minimum setback.from all property lines of fifty (50)feet, and; <br /> <br /> <br />
