<br />11. Automobile parking operated in conjunction with permitted uses and in

<br />floor area of the dwelling which is being used for living purposes is devoted tO

<br /> wireless transmissions subject to the conditions set forth in Section V.S.

<br />Churches and other places of worship, including parish houses and Sunday
<br />School buildings and Family Life Center buildings; provided that the building
<br />or buildings shall be located not less than twenty (20) feet from any side or rear
<br />lot line and parking areas shall be located not less than twenty (20) feet from

<br />caring for not more than six (6) children, with an outdoor play area equivalent
<br />to at least one hundred (100) square feet per child and otherwise complying
<br />with requirements of the definition of a home occupation.

<br />16. Child Care centers, provided:

<br />a.) That child care centers shall meet Commonwealth of Virginia licensing
<br />
<br />requirements to operate said type facility and to provide said service.
<br />Where state and city guidelines diverge, the higher standard shall be
<br />Followed.

<br />b.)

<br />That no building so used shall be closer than fifty (50) feet to any rear lot
<br />line, or twenty-five (25) feet to any side lot line. (See Illustration No. 4 on
<br />Page 8).

<br />c.) That a safe, sanitary, and fenced play area be provided equivalent to one
<br /> hundred (100) square feet per child;
