R-9 Residential District. <br /> <br />The. R-9 Residential District is established as a district for .single family, duplex and <br />multi-family residences. The regulations for this district are intended to protect and enhance <br />residential development with minimum lot sizes of nine thousand (9,000) square feet. <br /> <br />Permitted Uses - R-9 Residential District. <br /> <br />Uses Permitted by right in the R-9 Residential District <br /> <br />Single family dwellings, duplexes, and apartment buildings (7 unit <br />maximum), not to include lodging houses, hotels, motels, or manufactured <br />homes. <br /> <br />Home occupations, as defined in Section II. <br /> <br />Parks, playgrounds, and similar recreational uses, excepting carnivals, <br />shooting galleries, miniature golf courses, theatres, and recreational uses <br />conducted for profit. <br /> <br />Private golf courses, not conducted primarily for gain; provided, that any <br />principal or accessory building shall not be located closer than one hundred <br />(100) feet from any lot lines.
