CashwelL Assistant City Manager. Mr.
Cashwell announced his resignation with the City to pursue a career opportunity in Texas, and he
was given a key to the City. Mr. Cashwell served the City from 1994 to 2001 as the Assistant
City Manager and held the Council Clerk position for one year. Council Members expressed
sincere appreciation for Mr. Cashwell's dedicated City service and his loyal work ethic.

Mayor Crabtree opened the Meeting for business from the floor. Mr. John Sanders of 308
Starling Avenue addressed Council. Mr. Sanders commended the City for recent economic
development efforts, especially for the recruitment of Cinergy.
