To date, all concerns in the Museum <br />area have been resolved or measures are underway to resolve the situation. Citizens making <br />complaints have been notified of status either by phone or letter. <br /> <br />This graph includes 241 actual complaints recorded for this area for the 12 month period <br />between March, 1999 and March, 2000. Of the 241 complaints recorded, 214 have been <br />resolved and 27 are presently pending with measures being taken to correct situation. Duplicate <br />complaints on the same address are noted on attached report. <br /> <br />Included in this report are all complaints referred directly to Customer Service and it does not <br />include routine calls for service.
