City Manager Earl B. <br />Reynolds, Jr. called each nominee forward and presented each with a certificate and gift. The nominees <br />included: Glenn Clements, Water Resources; Janet Hiatt, Police Department; Susan Johnson, City Manager' s <br />Office; and Chris Whitlow, Community Development. City Manager Reynolds announced that the winner of <br />the Third-Quarter Award was Chris Whitlow. Mr. Whitlow also received a $50 gift. All nominees were <br />publicly recognized by members of Council. <br /> <br />Mayor Crabtree opened the Town Meeting. Mrs. Brenda Prillaman, Customer Service Coordinator, <br />presented a summary of customer concems in the Albert Harris and Police Academy areas of the City. In the <br />area mentioned, there were 332 complaints issued. Of those, to date, 270 have been resolved. Regarding the <br />other 62 complaints, work is in progress to resolve the issues.
