To date, all concerns in the Druid Hills <br />& Middle School areas have been resolved or measures are underway to resolve the situation. <br />Citizens making complaints have been notified of status either by phone or letter. <br /> <br />This graph includes 314 actual complaints recorded for this area for the 12 month period <br />between December, 1998 and December, 1999. Of the 314 complaints recorded, 292 have <br />been resolved and 22 are presently pending with measures being taken to correct situation. <br />Duplicate complaints on the same address are noted on attached report. <br /> <br />Included in this report are all complaints referred directly to Customer Service and it does not <br />include routine calls for service.
