To date, all concerns in the Druid Hills & Middle <br />School areas have either been resolved or measures are underway to resolve the situation. Citizens making <br />complaints have been notified of status either by phone or letter. <br /> <br />This graph includes 386 complaints recorded for this area between December 1999 and December 2000. <br />Of the 386 complaints recorded, 352 have been resolved and 34 are presently pending with measures being <br />taken to correct the situation within ordinance guidelines. Duplicate complaints on the same address are <br />noted on attached report. <br /> <br />Included in this report are all complaints referred directly to Customer Service and does not include routine <br />calls for service.
