Signs - C -1 Neighborhood Commercial District a. For each shopping center, one (1) ground sign having a maximum area of one hundred (]00) squarepet, maximum overall height of thirty (30)pet, minimum distance from street line often (1 O)feet, and indicating the name of the shopping center. In addition to the shopping center name, the one sign may designate a business use or a combination of business uses within the center. Individual stores within the shopping center may have wall-mounted signs, but in no case shall an individual business have an unattached accessorysign. One (1) wall or painted accessory sign, denoting the name of the occupant of the premises, on each wall in which there is a primary or secondary entrance to the general public. Such sign shall have a maximum area of three (3) square feet for each lineal foot of the shortest building frontage occupied by a single permitted use. For each service station, one (1) ground accessory sign having a maximum height of twenty-five (25)feet and area of one hundred (100) square feet and minimum distance often (10)feet from a street line. d. For each premises, in addition to other permitted signs, one (1) movable and nonattached accessory sign having a maximum height of ~ve (5) feet and a maximum sign area of twelve (12) square feet. Such sign shall be of A-frame or stand type construction, shall be adequately weighted to prevent wind movement, and shah not be stationed within five (5,)feet of the street right-of-way line. This provision does not apply to shopping centers. For each premise having accessory vehicular service entrances, one (1) identification wall sign over each such entrance, having a maximum area of one (1) square foot for each lineal foot of entrance opening. Such sign shah serve only to identij52 the general purpose of such entrance and shall bear no reference to a specific name or product soM on the premises.
