Conduct a public hearing and consider approval of ordinance, on first reading, <br />to amend Section VII. General Sign Regulations, Paragraph K. Temporary <br />Display, of the Zoning Ordinance, to allow a temporary sign to be displayed for <br />sixty continuous days. (2 minutes) <br /> <br />4. In that the <br />Council meetings are broadcast on Martinsville Government Television, the <br />City Council is responsible for the content of the programming. Thus, any <br />person wishing to bring a matter to Council's attention under this Section <br />of the agenda should: (1) come to the podium and state their name and <br />address; (2) state the matter that they wish to discuss and what action <br />
