In that the <br />Council meetings are broadcast on Martinsville Government Television, the <br />City Council is responsible for the content of the programming. Thus, any <br />person wishing to bring a matter to Council's attention under this Section <br />of the agenda should: (1) come to the podium and state their name and <br />address; (2) state the matter that they wish to discuss and what action <br />they would like for Council to take; (3) limit their remarks to five minutes; <br />
