Presentation of a Proclamation recognizing National Boys & Girls Club <br />Week 2007. <br /> <br />4. Brief comments from Fred Hutchins, Regional Representative for Senator <br />Jim Webb. <br /> <br />5. Consider adoption of a Resolution recognizing April as Fair Housing <br />Month and expressing the City's pledge to provide equal housing <br />opportunities for all citizens. <br /> <br />6. Consider adoption of a Resolution authorizing the West Piedmont <br />Planning District Commission to submit an application to DEO for water <br />supply planning grant funds and to develop a regional plan meeting <br />mandated relSulatorv requirements. <br /> <br />7. Consider adoption of a Resolution authorizing the City Manager or <br />Assistant City Manager to execute an agreement with AMP-Ohio <br />concerning the future purchase of power. <br /> <br />8. Consider authorizing the Mayor to execute a Resignation, Appointment <br />and Acceptance Agreement under Indenture of Trust dated June IS, <br />1999 between the City and SunTrust Bank. <br /> <br />9. Conduct a public hearing and consider adoption, on first reading, of an <br />Ordinance on a request by the Planning Commission to close and <br />abandon a portion of an unopened IS-foot alley between North Memorial <br />Boulevard and Lavinder Street. <br />
