A minimum requirement be set up to take oare of those whe don1t <br />desire to do extensive development.............lI <br /> <br />An examination of this "minimum proposalfl indicated that the developers are sug.. <br />gesting an expenditure of approximately 08.10 a foot, exclusive of clearing, grading <br />and drainage with no reimbursement, as follows: <br /> <br />1. 511 Compacted Base (in place) <br /> <br />2. Water line (including laterals for one <br />side of street, valves, tees, hydrants, <br />etc. ) <br /> <br />$ 4.00 <br /> <br />2.60 <br /> <br />3. street Paving <br /> <br />1,50 <br />$ 8.10 <br /> <br />The revised proposal attached hereto would require the developer to spend ~7.82 a <br />foot, exclusive of clearing, grading and drainage, or 28e a foot less than the <br />"minimum proposa1." The expenditure would be as follows: <br /> <br />1. 511 Compacted Base (in place) <br /> <br />$ 4.00 <br /> <br />2. Curb-and-Gutter <br /> <br />3.80 <br /> <br />3.
