<br />Martinsville, Virginia, do hereb;;r request the Council of the City of r~artinsville,
<br />Virginia that 604 East Church st:>:,eet be re-zoned in order that a nursing home may
<br />be oper2.tcd at .such location. We feel that a nursing hone would not in any way
<br />effect the use of, or the value of, the renaining property near this location,
<br />and. that a nursing honG would contr:i.bute greatly to the corrve:rj_ence and necessity
<br />of a great nurnb.er Qf citizens in the City of lilartins-.rille, VirGinia. We ask the
<br />Council to take such action as may be necessary to have the property re-zoned so
<br />that 604 East Church Street, Uartirn ville, VirGinia, nay be used as a nursing home.
