<br />City Hall, Tuesday, January 23, 1962, at 7:11) P.N., all members being present,

<br />meeting held JanUc?.ry 9, 1962, and of its spedal meeting held Janunry 15, 1962.

<br />By the Follo1llillG' resolutions, unanimously adopted, Council established the time
<br />
<br />anc1 1)18ce for the receiving of bids on $1, 3C)(), (jOO SeHer Bonds to be offered for
<br />
<br />sale for redenption in equal instanments over the years 1963 to 1982, inclusive,
<br />
<br />and, a'.80, for tho form of the bonds and coupons thereof:

<br />A PESOLUTION PHOVIDING FOR THE SAlE OF $1,JU',noo SEHER BONDS, SERIES A,
<br />OF THE CITY OF NARTINSVILIE.

<br />WHERF~, the Council desires to make provision for the sale of the
<br />$1,300,000 Sewer Bonds, Series A~ of the Cit;l of 1I"JartinsvUlc, to be
<br />dated 1I"1arch 1, 1962, heretofore authorized by the Council; NOld, THEREFORE,

<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of tihrtinsville as follows:

<br />(1) Said $1,300,000 Seller Bonds, Series A, of the City of
