Dr. Bate C. Toms, Jr., in support of his petition, descri.bing proposed <br /> <br />plans for construction of a medical office buDding and its rolation <br /> <br />to the operation of Mart:insvil1e General Hospital; <br /> <br />0::. Mr. Frank Gravely, as an interested citizen ann not as a relative of <br /> <br />the owners of the pI' ope rt{y in question, who voiced his support of the <br /> <br />petition; <br /> <br />3. Attorney VT. R. Broaddus, III, representing the Board of Trustees of <br /> <br />Ua:~tLnsvil1e General Hospital in opposition to the Detition; <br /> <br />h. Me~3srs. J. C. Hooker, Sr., R. M. S5.mmons, Sr., ann J. D. Bassett, Jr., <br /> <br />of the Board of Trustees of Uartinsville General Hospital, along with <br /> <br />other Trustees present, citing the needs of the hosnital for fut.ure <br /> <br />expan.sion and in opposition to the proposed rezoning which would permit <br /> <br />de\relopment of the property exnected to be required by the hospital l' or <br /> <br />expansion; and <br />
