Frank Wilson (presiding); Dr. F. 1'. Renick, <br /> <br />Vice-l,I8:Jror; Harry L. Boaz; ThonJ.s J. :aurch; and E. E. stone. <br /> <br />-,,--- <br /> <br />After the invocation, 1i!ayor ,\,'Tilson sta-t,ed the purpose of this public hearing, which Nas attended <br /> <br />by SlI'l'r,(> 85-to-90 citizens. From the canments expressed and t'he presentations b'J the eighteen <br /> <br />spokesraen who addressed the Council, it appeared to be the general consensus of opinion that- <br /> <br />aside from a desired clarification of certain words in the proposed amend.'1'lents and, perhaps, in <br /> <br />lieu of any revision of present rCf:,'Ulations exc8pt to provide more stringent control of vicious <br /> <br />dogs--the present regulations are ':"i,if :pate.
