Nominees for the 2006 First-Quarter Service Excellence Award and <br />Quarterly Winner <br /> <br />B. 2005 Quarterly Winners eligible for the 2005 Annual Service <br />Excellence Award and Annual Winner <br /> <br />C. City employees receiving Service Awards from January to March, <br />2006 <br /> <br />3. Presentation of plaque and flag from the 3rd Battalion and 320th Field <br />Artillery of the 101st Airborne Division, Fort Campbell, Kentucky. <br /> <br />4. Consider approving the increase in the City's EMS ambulance transport <br />fee rates to be more in line with recent changes in Medicare <br />reimbursement schedule and policies. <br /> <br />5. Consider approving the submission of a grant application for $3,500 to <br />the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services for a Community <br />Policing Fund Grant. <br /> <br />6. Conduct a public hearing and consider adoption, on first reading, of an <br />Ordinance on a request by Toni Geter to rezone property at 16 Geter <br />Street from C-3 Commercial to R-9 Residential. <br />
