Recognition (staff/ citizens) <br /> <br />A. City employees receiving Service Awards from October to December <br />2005 <br /> <br />B. Nominees for the 2005 Fourth-Quarter Service Excellence Award and <br />announcement of Quarterly Winner <br /> <br />3. Presentation and discussion of the quarterly neighborhood focus report <br />for the Druid Hills-Uptown area. <br /> <br />4. Consider adoption, on second reading, of Ordinance 2005-8 relative to <br />legislative changes in the Personal Property Tax Relief Act (PPTRA) <br />effective January 1, 2006. <br /> <br />5. Consider adoption, on second reading, of Ordinance to rezone property <br />located at 599 and 601 Starling Avenue (known as parcel 43(08)7. 8 on <br />the Tax Map of the City of Martinsville) from R-9 Residential to P-2 <br />Professional. <br /> <br />6. Consider adoption of a Resolution approving the legislative policy <br />statement for the 2006 General Assembly. <br /> <br />7. Consider authorizing the City Manager to sign an agreement with VEDP <br />for a $15,000 grant to prepare a Virtual Building at Clearview Business <br />Park and approve the $15,000 match from the General Fund fund <br />balance. <br /> <br />8. Update on options available concerning the deer population in the City. <br />
