Consider adoption, on second reading, of Ordinance to rezone 509 E. <br />Church Street (Tax Map 34(3lA/ 16). from R-9 Residential to P-2 <br />Professional, and Ordinance to amend the City's Land Use Map to <br />indicate the northwest side of this entire block, as Professional rather <br />than the present designation of Low Medium Density Residential. <br /> <br />2. Presentation by the Henry-Martinsville Health Department and consider <br />approval of use of residual FY05 funds. <br /> <br />Work Session <br /> <br />3. Report from Anne Frazier, Area Director of the Boys & Girls Club of <br />Martinsville and Henry County, on their summer program. <br /> <br />4. Presentation by Ellen Jessee, Chair of the Martinsville-Henry County <br />Rivers and Trails Group, Dan River Basin Association. <br /> <br />5. Further discussion on demolition of old YMCA building. <br /> <br />6. Review and discussion of current city ordinance on archery season for <br />deer. <br /> <br />7. Discussion of Legislative Priorities for 2006 General Assembly. <br /> <br />8. Consider approval of the minutes of City Council's meetings of May 10 <br />and September 13 and 27, 2005. <br /> <br />9. Presentation of financial report for month ending September 30, 2005. <br /> <br />10. Presentation of audit results for FY05. <br />
