Cobbe <br /> <br />1. Presentation and discussion of the quarterly neighborhood focus report <br />for the Southside area. <br /> <br />2. Review of the 2005 Martinsville Mustangs season and staff <br />recommendations for improvements. <br /> <br />3. Progress report of City Departmental Goals for FY05-06. <br /> <br />4. Discussion of security issues relating to the municipal building. <br /> <br />5. Discussion of Resolution to be adopted concerning establishing the <br />National Incident Management System (NIMS) as the City's standard for <br />incident management. <br /> <br />6. Consider approval of the minutes of City Council's meetings of May 10, <br />16 and 23 and August 5, 9 and 23, 2005. <br /> <br />7. Presentation by Piedmont Arts Association of an overview of the year's <br />programming plans with special emphasis on educational outreach. <br /> <br />8. Recogni tion of citizens j staff <br /> <br />A. Nominees for the 2005 Third-Quarter Service Excellence Award and <br />announcement of Quarterly Winner <br /> <br />B. City employees receiving Service Awards from July to September, <br />2005 <br /> <br />9. Conduct a public hearing and consider adoption, on first reading, of <br />Ordinance to rezone 509 E. Church Street (Tax Map 34(3)Aj 16), from R- <br />9 Residential to P-2 Professional, and Ordinance to amend the City's <br />Land Use Map to indicate the northwest side of this entire block, as <br />Professional rather than the present designation of Low Medium Density <br />Residential. <br />
