Reynolds, Jr., City Manager. (See Enclosure # 1) <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Consider adoption of a Resolution recognizing the heroic action taken by <br />individuals during the recent malfunction of the generator at the Martinsville <br />Hydro Plant. (See Enclosure #2) <br /> <br />III. Recognition of City employees receiving Service Awards from October to <br /> December 2003. (See Enclosure #3) <br /> <br />Vo <br /> <br />COMMENTS: These employees will not be at the meeting, but the Mayor will <br />read the list. <br /> <br />VIII. <br /> <br />Consider adoption of Resolutions recognizing Dr. Mark A. Crabtree, all <br />volunteers who worked with the Mission of Mercy Dental Clinic/Health Fair, <br />and The Lester Group, the host of the fair. (See Enclosures #4-a, 4-b and 4-c) <br /> <br />Recognition of Nominees for the 2003 Fourth-Quarter Service Excellence <br />Award and announcement of Quarterly Winner. (See Enclosure #5) <br /> <br />COMMENTS: These employees have been invited to the meeting. <br /> <br />Conduct the Neighborhood Focus Meeting-Druid Hills-Uptown area. (See <br />Enclosure #6) <br /> <br />Consider a request from Jacob E. Frith to rename the street known as <br />"Hampstead Place" to "Myers Place" in memory of the late Mr. and Mrs. <br />Tommy Myers. (See Enclosure #7) <br /> <br />Consider adoption on second reading of Ordinance No. 2003-14 on a request <br />by the Planning Commission to amend Section II. Definitions, Section XII. <br />Commercial Districts, and Section XIII. Business and Manufacturing <br />Districts, in the City's Zoning Ordinance. (See Enclosure #8) <br /> <br /> <br />
